UK-Based Commission-Only Lead Gen Needed for Web Dev & Marketing

We are a UK-based web design and e-commerce agency looking for a UK-based freelance salesperson / closer to help us sell a selection of our service packages on a commission-only basis.

This role is best suited to someone who has sold websites, SEO, lead generation or other digital services before.

This is not a generic “sell anything” role. We already have clearly defined packages, pricing and service pages live on our website. We now need somebody confident on the phone and good at closing SME business owners who need help with their website or SEO.

Initially, we want to focus on selling packages from these two collections:

Website Packages
SEO & Audit Packages

You will be selling simple, easy-to-understand services including:
Website build packages for small businesses
Shopify and e-commerce website packages
Website audits
SEO audits
Technical SEO and speed-related audit packages

These are suitable for UK small businesses that either:
Need a better website
Need a simple website build
Need more enquiries or leads
Need help understanding why their SEO or website is underperforming

What we need from you
UK-based and confident selling to UK small businesses
Comfortable speaking to business owners by phone, Zoom or voice notes
Able to prospect, follow up and close deals
Good at building trust quickly and explaining service value in simple terms
Ideally someone with experience selling marketing, websites, SEO, digital services or similar

Commission structure
Commission only to start
Paid on closed and paid sales
25% commission on SEO / website audit packages
15% commission on website package sales

This is designed to be a straightforward performance-based opportunity for somebody who is strong at sales and wants to earn based on results.
