Telesales Professional for Delegate Registration

Description: We're looking for a Telesales Professional to help us market and ultimately sell places for a training workshop taking place in London in November.

We have a database of companies we would provide you with and we would also provide template emails to be used if people request additional information.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage outflow of calls to prospective customers
- Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit delegate sales
- Provide details of the workshop and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Record purchases and reactions of prospects contacted
- Telephone or write emails to follow up initial sales contacts

Your qualifications:

- Good telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience a plus
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
