We are currently looking for telesales agents to work from home.
The product you will be selling is business utilities and services including the following:
Gas, Electricity, Water, Landline phone, Broadband and mobile phone.
The system is very new to the market and involves a brokerage consultant putting a prospective customer's current and future consumptions out to tender on the open market. This gives the big players in the game the opportunity to then bid against each other for the customer's account, therefore bringing the cheapest quotes possible, which are otherwise unavailable outside of a competitive bidding situation.
This service is a very new concept, and in the last six months results from our brokerage firm is showing that demand is very high indeed, with a phenominal enquiry to sign-up conversion.
Commisions based on a standard scenario are as follows:
Should a good telesales agent make a phone call and the prospect is interested. The call would last approxmately 2 minutes.
Should the telesales agent make a phone call and the propect is not interested. The call would last usually between 30 seconds and 1 minute (dependig on the telesales agent's personal skills).
Telesales agents selling this product are reporting an average of one in seven calls result in an interested prospect.
Therefore according to the above scenario....taking into consideration dialing and answering times, an average agent will secure one interest per 6 minutes.
For each referral we pay £2 which means the agent should secure at least £20 per active hour of commissions.
Current analysis is showing a minimum 20% and maximum 45% sign-up after tendering, (this can be increased by the agent making follow up calls to the prospect).
Based on £10 extra commission for a sign-up at 32.5% conversion. This will bring an extra £32.50 to the successful telesales agent.
So in total £52.50 per hour is a very real and achievable commission, and agents may work as flexable as they wish, so would suit any full time parent or anyone who cannot work conventional hours for whatever reason.
The ideal candidates will preferably have previous telesales experience, but NOT essential, as we have found that a pleaseant and friendly telephone manner is more than adequate.
Also, candidates are expected to have internet access, as the prospect details would need to submitted via our online html form.
We will also pay for all telephone subscription upgrade fees to give the active agent free weekday landline calls.
