Telesales

We are looking for a person to work a from home but using our bespoke software to manage and develop clients on a B2C basis.

We warm up the prospect with email and sms messages prior to the telesales process starting so that the call has as few objections as possible, we also have scripts to handle most common objections.

You will be required to get a client to the point of agreeing to sign up for our claims management service via our web site (you will send them email links) and we then send out hard copy documents to them to sign and return.

Commission will be paid on clients we get electronic signed packs supported by hard copy signed packs back to us.

Training will be provided as there are compliance rules to observe in the calls as well as a script and set of questions that need to be asked to each prospective client.
