Telephone research and data update of database

We have 3,000 records that need a 1.5 minute cleansing call (approximately) per contact.

We want you to phone each company to check the Company Name, Contact Name, email addresses and gain an opt in. this information needs to be recorded on to an excel spreadsheet that you will be provided with.

We will provide you an initial 100 records as a test, then blocks of 300 for you to work through and get back to us as quickly as you can manage them. There are 10 blocks available this will be offered based on successful completion of previous blocks.

Please note that accuracy is VERY important in this work. We will be mailing the contacts once received so cannot afford for the email addresses or other details to be incorrect.

In the past I have received a lot of replies to these sorts of offers, so let me help you to decide whether to bid:

1) The companies needing calling are UK based with UK telephone numbers. They can be called from anywhere, but a high standard of English is required and needs to be demonstrated.

2) We will use the PPH feedback to differentiate bidders.

3) It is our intention to select multiple people to undertake parts of this work in 300 call segments.

4) We will use price to help us choose the most cost effective option for our client, but we also need an excellent telephone manner, so if you can demonstrate outstanding telephone skills, that will be to your advantage.

5) Please avoid using a boilerplate proposal. I would prefer fewer details illustrating clearly how you can complete this project well.
