Telemarketing To Warm Leads

My company is currently promoting a home-based business franchise\license. I am looking for someone to make telemarketing calls to my warm leads and progress each lead with the aim of making a sale.

The idea is to adopt a subtle approach of nurturing each lead and building a relationship as a trusted adviser prior to securing a sale (so a lead is most likely to be contacted on several occasions). Full information/training will be provided on the product to the telemarketer.

This is more a case of spending a little more time with each lead as opposed to rattling through a list of numbers.
