Telemarketing role 10-15 hours a week

We are looking for support with making outbound sales calls to leads that have been generated for the business. The leads are generated using Facebook and Instagram, and have completed a form which qualifies them. You will only speak to leads that qualify for the service.

- We don't use spreadsheets to manage the leads, we have a CRM which we will teach you to use (Time to learn this will be paid for)
- On top of your hourly rate - we can also pay commission for successful calls.

Hours
We will be looking for 10 - 15 hours per week. This has the chance to grow to 20 hours if you have capacity.

We are hoping to get you up and running as soon as possible - ideally next week. March 18-19th onwards
You will start with training on the products and how to sell it (which is paid for hours of course)
I have added a budget of £16 per hour
First Language English is a must.

The customers you will be calling are older people, aged over 66 so a patient and caring manner is required. Ideally you will have some experience in dealing with this age group (Family or work environment is fine)

We are helping our customers on these calls, so they are very receptive to the conversation and they are very pleased to talk to you. Your role is help them complete a form with medical info and your biggest challenge may be keeping call length down.

Although there is selling element to the call, you are helping people and they are very pleased for the support.
