Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in the UK.
Generate leads and set appointments for our sales team.
Present our products/services effectively to prospective clients.
Maintain a detailed log of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
Key Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar sales role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident speaking voice.
Persuasiveness: Ability to effectively persuade potential clients and handle objections.
Customer Focused: A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage call schedules and follow-ups.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other telemarketing software.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer interactions and sales scripts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Call Volume: Number of outbound calls made per day/week.
Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of calls converted to qualified leads or appointments.
Appointment Setting Rate: Number of appointments set with potential clients.

Follow-Up Efficiency: Timeliness and effectiveness of follow-ups with prospects.
