B2B Appointment Setter – Office Cleaning Contracts
We are a UK-based commercial cleaning company looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter to help generate new office cleaning contracts.
We already have a list of UK businesses with office phone numbers. Your role will be to call these businesses, identify the relevant decision-maker (e.g., Office Manager, Facilities Manager), briefly introduce our services, and book qualified site visits for our team.
Responsibilities:
• Call businesses from our existing list
• Identify the decision-maker responsible for cleaning services
• Introduce our company and services
• Confirm whether they outsource cleaning
• Book qualified appointments/site visits
• Record call outcomes in a simple spreadsheet
If successful, there will be ongoing work available as we continue to grow our client base.
In addition to the hourly rate, we offer a bonus for contracts that result from appointments you book. The bonus is paid once the contract has been signed, the cleaning service has started, and the first month has been successfully completed.
Please include in your proposal:
• Your experience with B2B cold calling or appointment setting
• Typical number of calls you make per hour
• Examples of similar campaigns you have worked on
Please also confirm that you are comfortable making cold calls to UK businesses and speaking with decision-makers.
