Tele marketing to Funeral homes

I have a product that I sell to Funeral Homes I Australia and I would like to start selling these in the USA.
I have a unique product ready to sell on Amazon, I recently started an email campaign to 2,000 Funeral directors and has a 12% open rate, I would now like to follow this up with a telemarketing campaign to the 200 + homes that opened the email.
I would be prepared to pay a fixed price to contact all directors and a success bonus for any orders.
