Target list for LinkedIn ad campaign

I need help please from someone who has experience compiling target lists for LinkedIn ad campaigns.

Please can you let me know if you are interested in quoting and working on the brief below?

Prepare a LinkedIn ad target list that meets the below criteria

Number of contacts: Min 1,000 contacts

Job titles to include: Sustainability Manager, Sustainability Director, ESG Manager, ESG Director (or similar variants) CEO or Founder.

The contacts must belong to a business that meets this criteria:
- UK business accounts that are invested in by venture capital firms.
- The Venture Capital (VC) funding level: Seed, Series A and Series B as latest levels of funding rounds.
- Employee number: 50-300 employees

* The list provided must be formatted in a way that it is LinkedIn upload ready so that we can easily then start to run our LinkedIn campaign*
