I need someone to take phone calls for a business and produce a summary of the conversation based on name of caller, address, issue addressed etc.
The project is over a duration of 5 days and you will be taking around 10 calls per day. All details about FAQ will be provided once hired.
You must be based in the UK and speak native or fluent English. Past experience in customer service is a plus.
