With three dance studios and two versatile therapy rooms available, you'll have a fantastic range of spaces to promote for auditions, dance rehearsals, photography sessions, therapy sessions, and more. Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential renters for our studio spaces, including dance enthusiasts, photographers, therapists, and more.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract and retain clients.
Conduct tours of our studio spaces, highlighting their features and benefits.
Handle inquiries, provide information, and address potential renters' needs.
Negotiate rental agreements and terms.
Maintain a database of potential clients and track sales progress.
Collaborate with marketing efforts to create promotional materials and campaigns.
