Sell advertising in new 'freemium' magazine

We are launching a 'freemium' food magazine in the Midlands in the next couple of months. We have a media pack / rate card ready to go. We would supply a list of target businesses (although, feel free to add your own!); you would phone 'em up and sell advertising space in the magazine - full page adverts down to 1/8 of a page adverts.

Payment by the advertisers would be a minimum of 50% upfront, with 50% prior to print. We currently have a database of 170 targets, but are constantly adding to that. Advert prices would cost from £150 - this is a rate card price; you would be allowed to discount the rate card prices by a figure to be agreed. There will be 25 pages of advertising space to sell.
