Salesperson Needed for Call Outreach to UK Sports Shops

I’m looking to hire a skilled salesperson to conduct a 1-to-2-day phone outreach to sports shops and opticians across the UK. The objective is to set up introductory meetings for me with store owners/managers in targeted towns as I’ll be traveling around the country in the coming weeks. This role will involve identifying potential target stores, making calls to introduce my business, and arranging appointments that are grouped logically by location to make my travel as efficient as possible.

I’ve attached a brochure outlining the proposition, but will share more detail with the successful applicant.

I’ll share the target towns and my proposed route shortly. I would request you:

- identify target shops in each town (probably using Google Maps)
Make direct calls to introduce our brand and explain the purpose of the meeting (a quick in-person introduction of our risk-free affiliate program).
- agree informal ‘drop-in’ appointments for meetings.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in sales and cold calling, preferably with small and independent businesses.
- Ability to research and identify target stores using Google Maps or other online resources.
- Excellent communication skills to confidently explain our business and set up meetings.
- Strong organizational skills to plan an efficient travel route for the meetings.

Timeline:
This project is relatively urgent, as I need the outreach and calls completed in the coming days

Commercials:
- I’m happy to pay the following as a base assuming more than 50 successful appointments - I’m happy to pay another £3 for any incremental appointment organised.
