Sales Person & Lead Generator

We are after a sales person who is strong in securing appointments, lead generation whilst not coming across as pushy. I have a list of potential leads where by I would like someone to go through them and make phone calls and try to get appointments or enquiries, follow up phone calls with emails with an attachment of our brochure.
I would like to work with someone on a regular weekly basis.

The person I would like to hire would have some sort of construction/design/architect background, has business development and sales experience (has dealt with these types of clients), they come across as genuine and friendly but are able to be persistent without seeming pushing!
Hope this makes sense - UK only, preferably London/ south east area as would like to meet on occasion. This job can be done remotely. Would expect weekly reports on progress.
