Sales & Marketing Manager

Hi,

I'm running a small company on my own, which is slowly growing and I'm looking for help to develop the sales and marketing.

I developped electronic products for the home and building automation, I mostly sell these products through a webshop. I spend most of my time on development and technical aspects so I don't have time to actively promote and aquire new customers.

Most of the customers are professional building automation integrators located in Europe.

I'm looking for someone who could :
- Define a global strategy for sales and marketing of the company
- Implement, follow and evaluate strategy results
- Find ways to setup call meetings with potential customers for technical presentation of the products (done by myself)
- Emails/Calls to potential customers to setup technical presentations
- etc...
