You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to closing and post-sale follow-up. You will conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations using swatch cards or samples and develop strong relationships with brands, design studios, and sourcing departments. You will represent Bioleather at UK trade shows, sustainability expos, or virtual events. You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs and report market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the team. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and logistics team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles, materials, fashion, or sustainable goods.
- Strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, virtual meetings, and cold outreach.
- Passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing.
- Based in the UK with the ability to attend client meetings or events if required.
