Hi,
I'm an Amazon PPC Strategist & SEO Specialist actively working with Amazon sellers to grow their revenue and reduce wasted ad spend. As my client base is growing, I'm looking for a reliable Client Account Manager to help me manage client relationships and keep everything running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Onboarding new clients and setting expectations
- Regular communication with clients (updates, reports, check-ins)
- Coordinating between clients and my team
- Keeping track of deliverables and deadlines
- Preparing basic performance reports
- Responding to client queries in a timely manner
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Experience in client-facing roles (agency experience is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of Amazon, PPC, or digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
- Available for regular check-ins via Zoom/Google Meet
BUDGET: Open to discussion based on experience
HOURS: Part-time to start, can grow to full-time
LOCATION: Remote, any timezone (overlap with US hours preferred)
