Recruitment Ad Sales

Looking for somebody to sell recruitment ads for a new website. These will be very competitively priced to start with and to get the section growing. I am looking for your expertise to give me some advice on pricing.

Ads will hopefully also attract new users/sign-ups.

It is important to me that the person doing the work is thinking long-term. No hard sales technique, but friendly approach, building a relationship with the client.

Payment will be commission based.
