We are looking for professional customer service freelancers (from the Philippines/Indonesia) for regular ongoing work. Must have previous experience in telemarketing, customer service or telesales (b2c). MUST have a good clear level of english as the role is phone based.

We are looking for someone to work with our internal team largely based in the Philippines/Indonesia to provide a high level customer service to our customers.

Could you please clarify the reason for freelancer to be from Philippines/Indonesia? Is this due to hourly rates or time zone difference?

Yes sure. The whole service team is based in the Philippines or Indonesia. So makes sense we recruit more in that area.
