PR/Events Organisation, Source Prizes for Charity Raffle

I am organising a charity raffle and need help making producing a list of contacts from different companies and organisations, and then to contact the companies and request donations for a Charity raffle for a very well known registered charity. I would really like to obtain some really great 'money can't buy' prizes, as I'd like to get a press release written to publicise the raffle and generate interest. I'm not really after loads of prizes but maybe 3-4 donations, but the main prize being a really good one;

I'm based in Cardiff so I'm guessing it might be best to target companies/organisations in this area;

I can supply letters of authority to fundraise from the charity and a background story as to why I've chosen this charity to raise money for;
