Please help me improve the conversion rate on my lead generation page!

Hi,

I've just done a revamp on my page which generates around 40/50 leads per day and the conversion rate increased from 7% to 8%. I think there is a lot of room for further improvement and had been hoping for a bigger leap. (It's a B2C page).

At this stage I'd like to test different layouts and ideas and once we have a winner only then look to use A/B testing to further refine it.

I'm looking for someone:

- very creative who can come up with some new ideas / layouts
- who has experience in optimising lead generation pages
- who, if you have coding and design skills then it would be a bonus as you would save me having to use my limited skills create the new pages

I envisage this would be a few hours initial work to review my existing pages and create new ideas and then a few further hours after we've seen the results of the new page.

I've put a very wide range for expected hourly rate because I don't know what is appropriate foe this sort of work but you'd need a LOT of relevant experience to get towards the higher end of the scale.
