To make the 1-hour session focused and high-impact, I will align on the following before we begin:
The primary goal of the session, whether it is improving conversion from existing sequences, reducing manual follow-ups, or validating the current setup against best practice.
Which sequences are in scope for review, including whether they are email-based, activity-based, or a combination of both.
The size of the sales team using Pipedrive and whether sequences and automations are shared or user-specific.
Any active automations currently tied to deal stage movement, activities, or lead status, so improvements do not conflict with live workflows.
Whether you would prefer recommendations only, or light implementation during the session where changes are low-risk and agreed in real time.
Access level available for the session, view-only or edit access, to determine what can be safely adjusted live.
