Are you an enthusiastic call center agent, team or an experienced call center looking for a new opportunity?

We are seeking motivated and fluent English-speaking call center agents. You won't be selling; your primary role will be to engage in cold calls, qualify potential buyers, and transfer promising leads in the thriving timeshare industry.

Requirements:
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in outbound sales call center operations
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong ability to generate leads and gather relevant information
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and techniques
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking and managing leads
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record call information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or office setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and targets
Fluent English: No compromises. We require impeccable English language skills.
Cold Calling Expertise: Experience in cold calling and lead qualification is a plus in the timeshare industry.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to engage potential buyers and convey information persuasively.

Reliable Internet Connection: Ensure a stable internet connection for remote work, predictive dialer and infrastructure to operate.
