Onlyfans Chatter (remote)

Overview: We are looking for skilled English-speaking chatters to manage customer interactions for models on platforms like OnlyFans and 4base, specifically targeting a German-speaking audience. This project is commission-based, offering chatters an opportunity to earn 8% commission on sales generated during their active hours.

Scope of Work: The chatters will be responsible for engaging with customers, building meaningful relationships, and promoting premium content like photos and videos. The primary task is to handle real-time chats, using an AI-powered translation tool to assist in communicating with the German-speaking customers, ensuring smooth, high-quality interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle multiple real-time chats with customers, engaging them in personalized, friendly, and professional conversations.
Promote and upsell premium content in a subtle, effective manner to boost sales.
Utilize AI translation tools to convert English messages into German and maintain a natural flow of conversation.
Maintain daily/weekly reporting on performance and sales generated through chat.
Requirements:

Fluency in English (written) and ability to use translation tools for German communication.
Experience in customer service, chat support, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Payment Structure:

This position is entirely commission-based with an 8% commission on sales. The more sales generated during chats, the higher the earnings. Additional bonuses may be offered based on performance.
