New Business Development, Outreach and Marketing

Ideally you will be UK based
Business Development & Strategy:
Target Businesses & Employers: Help develop a strategy to attract businesses across various industries (e.g., retail, customer service, administration) to post entry-level jobs. Focus on organisations that are open to hiring candidates based on their strengths, motivations, and willingness to learn rather than just previous job experience.
Create Outreach Strategies: Build outreach strategies for companies that could benefit from hiring diverse, motivated individuals and help them understand the value of hiring entry-level talent.
Partnership Building: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with job training organizations, educational institutions, and career development programs to offer comprehensive support for candidates.
User Acquisition: Develop marketing and outreach strategies to build a strong candidate pool that is eager to learn, grow, and apply for these entry-level positions.

Ideal Candidate (Business Development Strategist):
Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales for early-stage startups.
Strong understanding of human resources, recruitment, and the challenges of hiring for entry-level positions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to form strategic partnerships with organisations, educational institutions, and corporations.
Experience in B2B sales or talent acquisition is a plus.
Ability to work with a diverse and distributed team.
