We are a UK based translation agency looking to expand our client base.
We receive a weekly report of the companies who have been on our website (including a contact number) - we are looking for somebody to follow these up and try to obtain new business as a result.
We also have a database from a previous telemarketing campaign which has a large number of warm leads to be contacted.
This is not a service which can be 'sold' - the client either needs us or they don't. What we want from you is to build rapport, establish who the decision maker is, find out if they have any current or potential requirements and diary a call back for a mutually agreed point in the future.
We use a CRM from Really Simple Systems; all leads, call info and follow up requirements will need to be added to this (although we will walk you through the process at first - it really is a fantastic and simple piece of software).
You must be UK based with proven b2b telemarketing experience.
This is an ongoing role - we are looking for somebody to work with us on a long term basis and, over the coming months, essentially take over all of our new business development.
We will pay an hourly rate plus a bonus for any business won. Initially we are looking for around 8 hours per week, although this will increase depending on performance.
