Make cold sales calls to our cold database

I have a database of circa 2,000 cold data of prospect clients (vertical sector campaign)
We are running a lead gen campaign to them to attract enquiries
I would like someone to cold call these and ask if they would like a copy of the lead magnet (A PDF guide) and also book a discovery call to discuss their needs

The service is marketing provision,so ideally someone with knowledge of comms
MUST be European/ English speaking
