Looking for top facebook advertising guru! Regular work

I am looking for someone on a monthly basis.

I need someone who knows how to create ads on Facebook, adjust them, track them, make the most out of them.

The company that you will be advertising is a web design/graphic design agency. I want you to target the ads to the right places and the aim is for me to get enquiries to my agency through your ads and the site. I currently have around 2000 likes on the Facebook page.

If you are good in the first month, then I will keep the person on for regular monthly work, and also possibly for more than 1 account at the same time.

I need to only talk to people who have results. So if you can prove to me what you have done for others, what business you have generated for them via your online advertising skills.

And then based on what you tell me, I will also have to create a monthly budget for advertising costs which I will leave for you to recommend me.
