Looking for someone to make calls to my leads

I need to contact a list of people to rate the leads on a scale of 1 to 5. In short, I have developed an Excel calculator which helps to stack property deals and have started to advertise it out on Facebook. Leads are coming in but I haven't any time to call them at the moment. At this stage, I don't want anything more than a courtesy call to try and establish if they are real leads or not.

I need to establish if: 1. Having expressed an interest in the deal calculator as advertised on Facebook. Would the lead like to know more about the product? 2. Is the lead coming from the standpoint of investing themselves or are they trying to stack a deal in order to source it on? Or perhaps just interested? At this stage, I only want to rate them from 1-3. If they are in any way interested, please mark them as a 3. If not sure, a 2. And if they don't appear interested, a 1. And if they are rude, then give a big fat R (for rude) :)

Then, if all goes well, we will repeat this on a more regular basis. I'm getting 10-15 leads a week at the moment, but hoping to ramp this up. And if you get any information from the talkers about the kind of strategy or types of property they are looking at, please just add any notes in to the file. I wouldn't expect the calls to take too long at this stage as this is the exploratory stage.

Currently I'm sitting on about 100 leads with more arriving every day...
