Looking for Contract Based Cold Caller for Indian Market

Snovasys is a 10 year old London Based Company with offices in India and London. We are looking for an experienced cold caller to join our FlagShip product TimeChamp to join our sales team.

This is a 3 months contract where the pay is based on the number of calls made. Here is the payment structure.

We will supply the HubSpot account and all the cold calling scripts to make the calls. We will also supply all the phone numbers to make the calls into and they are all ready in the HubSpot. You would just need to click on call button in the HubSpot and make calls as we give the cold calling script as.

We will provide the training to make the calls for this product. We already have a team of members that are making the calls on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity to become part of the world class sales team to push remote working software into the Indian market.

It enables a number of other remote working business processes like live chat, screenshot recording, reminders, status tracking. Customers report significant boost in productivity. Comes with a project management software and overall you would be spending much less time managing projects and employees.

Payment Structure

Here is the payment structure:

If the call is not successful / not connected / not picked, then we would pay 2 Rupees per call
If the call is connected, then we would pay 8 rupees per the call
If the customer agreed for a demo, then for each demo, we would be paying 500 rupees.
Once the customer has agreed for the demo, there will be a different member of staff to take forward the demo and arrange a trail with the customer. Incase customer agrees to take a trial, we will pay additional 500 rupees for each such customer.

If you are able to make 60 calls (connected) and some unconnected calls (as described in the document), and if you could setup 2 demos a day and assuming that out of those 1 gets pushed into trial state, you would be able to earn 600 USD as per the calculations attached to this job description.

Minimum of 2 demos are needed to be set up every given day.
