We're looking for a superstar Telemarketer to call leads for our property business in the UK. We purchase property for cash.

Tasks will involve calling back people who have got in contact regarding selling property. Or calling people who have property for sale, and asking some questions.

Must have experience of closing deals!

Initial estimate would be 1-2 calls per day to warm leads.
3 calls per day to screen sellers, then call back with an offer if applicable.

You should be able to call a warm lead within 24 hours, otherwise we're flexible on the hours you work.

Tasks will be allocated within CRM software, and will need to be updated accordingly.

The qualities we look for are:

Experience in the UK/US property/Real Estate market - preferred
Confidence
English speaking essential
Self-Motivated
Reliable
Team player
