We’re a fast-growing Virtual Assistant agency helping busy entrepreneurs, coaches, and small businesses streamline their operations and get more done. We’re now looking for a reliable, results-driven Lead Generator to help us bring in new high-quality clients.
This is a remote, flexible role with the potential for ongoing work based on performance.
Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to qualified leads who are likely to need virtual assistant services, particularly:
• Solo entrepreneurs
• Coaches/consultants
• Startups and online business owners
• Agencies overwhelmed with admin work
What You’ll Do:
• Research and identify potential leads (via LinkedIn, online directories, social platforms, forums, etc.)
• Reach out via cold messages, emails, or connection requests (templates provided)
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria (business type, size, needs)
• Book discovery calls or hand off warm leads to us
Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
• Understands virtual assistant services or is willing to learn quickly
• Speaks and writes fluent English
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused
• Has access to tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar (or knows how to find leads without them)
