Lead generation and marketing

So this is a task for a smart admin person with good communication skills.

I'm the founder of www.expand.tech (please take a look) and I aim to get 20 companies each week to submit their products (consumer facing) to our website. It costs them nothing.

The process that has worked well for me so far is as follows:

1. identify the right types of products through sites like, angel.co, seedrs, crowdcube and others
2. find out the names and emails or twitter account of the founders / marketing people for each company
3. send a semi-personalised email and or tweet to each one

I don't have the time to do this myself anymore so am looking to see if I can outsource to someone on a regular basis.

This job would be a trial run of two weeks.

I have seen good 'conversion' rates so far if the emails and tweets are targeted correctly. So if we assume a 25% conversion rate, we need to 'hit' 100 companies per week. These can be done over the course of the working week so 20 a day for five days x two weeks.

I have email templates and tweet templates.

All of this would need to be logged in a google spreedsheet and we need to ensure we don't keep contacting the same companies.
