Description
I am looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist with outreach and lead generation for property auction sourcing in the UK. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to private sellers on platforms like Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and other channels to refer properties to our auction partner. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Send pre-written messages to private property sellers to collect their contact details (name, email, phone number).
- Follow-up: Engage with leads who may be considering an auction in the future, ensuring contact details are collected for future reference.
- Occasional Phone outreach: Call potential leads when phone numbers are available (this is optional)
- Data entry: Input seller details into a Google Sheet for tracking.
- Alternative outreach: Research properties on the market for a long time (e.g., Rightmove) so I can send letters.
- Flexibility: Explore new outreach techniques to increase lead generation.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach tasks and follow-up.
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or lead generation is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Rightmove, etc is a plus.
Commission-Based Pay:
This is a commission-based role. For every successful lead you refer, you will earn 25% of the 2% commission on the sale price of the auction property.
For example:
If a property sells for £300,000 at auction, the auction partner earns £6,000 + VAT (£7,200). You, as the VA who referred the lead, would earn £1,800 (25% of the £7,200 commission).
The earning potential is uncapped, as there are tens of thousands of properties listed by private sellers on the market in the UK. For example, if a VA refers just 3 successful leads in a month that sell at auction, you could earn up to £5,400. This is based on houses that sell for £300,000, which is roughly the value of the average house in the UK. The commission will, of course, vary depending on the price of the houses sold. The higher the house sells for and the more leads you refer, the higher your commission!

This role gives you the freedom to work at any time of the day, with full flexibility on how many hours you want to commit. You’ll have training and support, but also the freedom to experiment with outreach methods and contribute your own ideas to increase success.
