Lead Follow-Up Assistant Needed - Warm Calling - Fitness

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Lead Follow-Up Assistant to help manage incoming leads from our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.

We currently receive around 10 warm leads per day from women enquiring about Pilates teacher training and studio memberships. The role is focused on making contact with leads quickly, building rapport, answering basic questions, and helping move them through to booking calls or enrolling.

Responsibilities
Calling new leads as soon as possible after enquiry submission
Following a provided script and sales process
Sending follow-up messages where needed
Logging updates and outcomes
Answering basic questions about our courses/studios
Helping improve lead conversion through fast response times

Ideal Candidate:
Confident and friendly on the phone
Excellent communication skills
Organised and proactive
Comfortable following a script while still sounding natural
Experience in customer service, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred
Background or knowledge in fitness, wellness, Pilates, or the health industry is highly desirable
