LeBern specializes in providing expert eviction support services to landlords and property managers. We help our clients navigate the eviction process efficiently and legally. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Inbound Sales Specialist to convert inbound calls into clients by educating them on our services and guiding them through the next steps.
Job Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls from landlords and property managers seeking eviction assistance.
• Listen to potential clients’ needs and assess how our services can help.
• Explain our eviction support process clearly and persuasively.
• Convert inbound inquiries into paying clients by building trust and demonstrating value.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest but haven’t signed up yet.
• Stay up to date with landlord-tenant laws and company services.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (preferably in legal services, real estate, or property management).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and guide clients toward a decision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of eviction processes is a plus (training provided).
• Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM software or willingness to learn.
