I need great salespeople to sell my 'no brainer' lead generation service to tradesmen

We’re looking for 2 or 3 skilled telesales people to sell our incredible and unique lead generation service directly to tradesmen across the UK.

Ultimately, every tradesman needs their phone to ring regularly in order to remain busy and keep profitable. However, this is easier said than done. Many of our existing customers have spent thousands of pounds advertising themselves, only to find that the results they achieve are frustratingly poor. For almost every tradesman, working out how to win new customers is confusing, expensive and hugely time consuming.

Our service instantly and affordably solves the problem of making the phone ring. It genuinely is a bit of a no-brainer.

We generate great quality leads which go directly and exclusively to our clients on a pay-per-lead basis. We do all the work to find the customers, all they have to do is answer the phone when it rings, paying us a small amount for each genuine lead we steer their way.

We give them the leads first, they pay us later, so their cash flow isn't adversely affected either.

All the leads we generate are physically recorded and logged for them to see and hear, meaning our service is totally transparent.

Best of all, different to ANY Other form of advertising or marketing, if we’re unsuccessful at generating leads, our customers have nothing to pay – at all.

Unlike any other company in the UK, the leads we generate go directly and exclusively to our clients, meaning they’re speaking to the caller LIVE when the call is made.

This approach means that conversion rates across our customer base are high, too - around the 60% mark.

We don’t ask customers to sign up for a minimum term either. They’ll remain customers because they want to, not because they have to, and they can quit at any time.

The job will involve:
1) Sourcing potential leads (some data can be provided)
2) Introducing our product via phone/email
3) Following up interested businesses as necessary in order to close the sale

We work exclusively with just a handful of tradesmen in each city, so there is an element of urgency in our proposition. They genuinely have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

If you’re even remotely good at selling, we’d expect you to make a sale within 5 hours of continual work.

We will pay you, up front, for 5 hours work. If you are successful in closing a customer we will also pay you a commission of £80, plus a further up-front payment for another 5 hours’ work, and so on.

For quality salespeople, this equates to earning £160 for 5 hours work or less - £32 per hour. Even if it takes you 10 hours to make a sale, you’ll still be earning the equivalent of £16 per hour.

Of course, if you’re unsuccessful past this point, you’ll still be paid handsomely for the work you'll have put in, but it’s unlikely that we’ll want to continue to work with you.

Commission is payable subject to the customer passing credit checks and paying their first bill.

You will need to be UK based and a professional telephone manner. If you’re experienced at selling advertising and marketing services or you have worked with tradesmen in the past, you will be at a significant advantage. However, the proposition is so strong, that anyone who understands selling will do well.

As you would expect, you will be required to keep notes and times of everyone contacted on a Google Docs spread sheet.
