My Company is a successful advertising firm based on the South Coast of England. Our product is low cost and unique and because of the nature of our adverts, we have no competition, we are the exclusive agents in this environment.
Currently most of our clients repeat each year and resign but we do get some customers cancel. In the past, I have just called on (in person) other local businesses to see whether they would be interested in taking the space. However, these days it is harder to cold call in person on a business and find the decision maker either there or not busy.
I therefore have been selling the spaces over the phone but I would prefer still to sell them in person because of artwork and design purposes, plus it is easier for me to sell this product face to face than by phone or email.
I now have decided that I believe the best way to do this is to get a telesales person to book appointments for me to cover. It shouldn't be too difficult to do this and I am happy to have this fields tested for a fixed fee or paid by the appointment or hour.
Please bear in mind when putting a proposal together that I am flexible to how this can work and I will not just be looking for the cheapest hourly rate. The profit margin on our adverts is reasonable but we don't want the telesales campaign to cost more than the results we are getting.
