I need a Business Development/Telesales person to make cold calls made to businesses

I need an experienced, strong, charming and credible person to make some cold calls to businesses and look to set appointments or follows up for my business.

Call data will be provided on Excel spread sheet. Some decision maker contacts are listed, some companies you will need to establish the name of the relevant decision maker (guidance on the person you need will be provided) and then speak to them.

I have 50-100 contacts to start with, so time spent will be flexible.
