We are building a performance-driven high-ticket sales environment and are looking for a serious, execution-focused closer who knows how to close — not just talk.
Role Overview
Position: High-Ticket Sales Closer
Type: Remote (Work from anywhere)
Industries: Immigration Consultants & Real Estate
Duration: Initial active execution phase → Long-term opportunity for strong performers
Immediate Goal
Target: 5–6 successfully closed deals within the minimum realistic timeframe.
(Our leads are highly qualified that make our target realistic)
Strong performers may unlock long-term opportunities, higher payouts, and greater ownership over time.
This is an execution-first environment — communication, activity, follow-up quality, and results matter.
What You’ll Do
• Handle highly qualified targeted cold leads
• Conduct sales calls (Zoom / Google Meet / Phone)
• Manage follow-ups and objection handling
• Move prospects toward meetings, payment, and closing
• Maintain basic communication and activity reporting
This means actively managing:
First contact → Follow-ups → Meetings → Sales Calls → Closing
while maintaining proper communication and momentum throughout.
Daily Expectations
• Approximately 30–40 quality calls daily
• Meetings booked + follow-ups managed
• Daily updates/proof of activity
• Consistent execution and communication
You have flexibility in how you close deals and manage conversations — we value ownership and independent execution.

However, after strong early performance and successful deal movement, tool/calling budget support may be discussed and aligned according to your region.
Earning Structure & Growth Opportunity
This role includes a milestone-based earning structure with additional upside for strong performers.
Your earning potential may include:
• Milestone-based payouts
• Additional incentives per successful deal
• Performance bonuses for strong execution & consistency
• Long-term scaling opportunity with stronger payout potential
1st Milestone:
$40 released immediately after the 1st successfully closed deal/payment received.
Remaining milestones and additional earning opportunities continue as targets and execution milestones are achieved.

• Experience in high-ticket sales/closing
• Strong communication & objection-handling skills
• Confidence in real client conversations
• Serious execution-focused mindset
• Someone interested in long-term growth
Expectations
• Be ready to start quickly after onboarding (execution delays are not ideal)
• Share first execution/activity update within 48 hours
• Take ownership of assigned leads until movement/decision
• Maintain consistent communication and reporting
Trial Phase
We begin with a short performance-based evaluation phase.
Only closers who actively execute, communicate properly, and show momentum/results move forward long term.
