Global Recruitment Consultants - Based in South Africa

This role will require working hours of 830am to 6pm hours - GMT (with an hour for lunch) - However flexibilty is on offer in certain circumstances.

We are a UK based recruitment consultancy working in construction, engineering and sales sectors across the UK and will soon be expanding into North America and Australia. Our setup is quite unique in so far as our administration, lead generation and marketing is all done from sophistacated set up in India.

Recruitment is essentially a communications role with a strong emphasis on sales.

We are looking for excellent communicators with a sales background from anywhere in South Africa that can work UK hours (almost the same as SA)

The job will be:
- Interviewing candidates
- Matching them with vacancies
- Taking vacancy requirements from clients
- Managing expectations of both clients and candidates
- Closing deals

This is a basic salary/retainer with the opportunity to double triple your earnings subject to targets being met.

Essential requirements
- Good PC/Laptop (at least 4meg RAM and with processing power of intel5 or higher)
- Smart phone
- Very strong broadband

Selection process:
We will ask you for a voice note to be sent to us with a question that we will send you to test your spoken English at first. Followed by some further aptitude and attitude testing.

Remuneration - $500 - $1000 a month plus commission (possibility to double or triple your income)
Initially this will be a 1-3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent role.
