Football Agency Assistant

This role involves liaising with various contacts within the football industry to aid in the recruitment and contracting processes. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with external stakeholders such as player agents, footballers, and clubs. Open communication with these partners is critical to facilitating successful negotiations. Additionally, aligning recruitment efforts with internal leads is important. Therefore, regularly updating managers, scouts, and coaches is necessary to ensure coordination across departments.

The ideal candidate will possess superb interpersonal skills and communication abilities to professionally engage with both external and internal contacts. While prior experience in football agency recruitment or a related field would be beneficial, it is not completely essential. For the right applicant with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, comprehensive on-the-job instructions will be provided.
