Facebook and Instagram Marketing Expert

I own an eCommerce website in the fashion and accessories category. The website was built using WordPress Woocommerse platform. What I need is a marketing expert that can generate leads, conversions and sales to to my website via various marketing methods. I need someone who is familiar with Facebook and collecting and narrowing pixel data as well as Instagram (as this works best from experience with fashion based eCommerce stores).

Note: If you are a Shopify/eCommerce expert that can offer suggestions on how to improve performance of website that would be a plus as well.
