Hi,
We are an expanding company with a need for Facebook Ad support for campaigns we run for clients. We are trying to find someone who is excellent at what they do, and takes real pride in their work.
About Us
Make Sport Fun helps councils to increase participation in sport and activity by running Engagement Programmes. We use local data analysis, marketing and behaviour change techniques to identify the target audience, engage them and support them to get more active. These programmes are based on the most up-to-date insight and research available, and have a proven track record of engaging hard-to-reach audiences.
For example – In a project we’re running for Hampshire council we are focusing on engaging 18-25 year olds through Facebook Ads, and supporting them to get more active through a combination of email and online support.
We already have a clear process for setting up Facebook Ads, which gets a 1-2% click through rate to our external website, and we're looking for someone who can run this process for it and improve it to get us even better results.
We are extremely prompt payers on all invoices (normally within 48 hours).
About you
We need someone who is:
- reliable
- experienced with Facebook Ads, and able to make recommendations as to how we can improve our campaigns to drive better results.
- able to turn work around within 1 week or less
- a good, clear communicator, especially by email
About the role
Set up a new Facebook Ad campaign for Southampton & IOW targeting 18-25 year olds and directing them to our website so they can download a voucher to try an activity for free.

Possible ongoing work
If this project goes well and we work well together then we are looking to continue working together. We need campaigns to be set up for new projects every month or two, and then reviewed and updated every few months.
