Experienced UK based telemarketer required: delegate acquisition for Seminar

This is for a seminar which takes place in London on the 31st of May.

We have a list of c.200 named leads that need calling and follow up as soon as possible - the first wave of calls need to be completed by close of business Friday 4th of May.

The contacts on the list have all received an email approx. 2 weeks ago inviting them to a trade compliance seminar and these 200 contacts have not yet responded to the email so need a call.

Process:

- phone prospect
- qualify lead - i.e. confirm job title etc, if not correct person, ask for correct person etc.
- very brief pitch regarding seminar (example scripts provided)
- trial close (ask if they want to register)
- if necessary send email with event details etc.
- notes made in spreadsheet as to the outcome of the call
- schedule and carry out follow up calls the following week where possible with the view to book delegate attendance

It only costs £50 plus VAT for delegates to attend this 1 day seminar.

Full details will be sent to successful bidders regarding the event and scripts will be provided with access to a POP3/IMAP email account so that you can send follow up emails on behalf of our organisation.

We want to break the leads down into two batches of 100. Please provide quotation as to what you would charge to completely process and contact 100 leads including follow up etc.

Experienced telemarketers will have a clear advantage.
