Experienced Recruitment Consultant Required to canvass for Clients

We are a small startup Executive recruitment firm (with big ambitions) specializing in recruiting midlevel to senior Finance professionals across a number of industries. We focus on London and South-East England. We require 3 X highly experienced Sales professionals who understand the recruitment industry and have a proven track record in sales.
Work will involve cold calling clients to get job orders; which would then be passed on to us. In addition to paying a hourly rate, we would also be offering a percentage of converted job orders as additional commission.
