Email List Creation B2B - Hotels/Gyms/Care Homes etc

We are looking for somebody who can create or ALREADY has email lists for these types of businesses in the UK. The main email must be for the owner or finance director, not info at etc.
The businesses of interest are Hotels (not the majors Travel Lodge etc) but smaller independent chains or family owned hotels (50+ employees).
Plus these others (smaller chains), again we need the owners email or finance director. Care Homes, Gyms, Warehouses, Night Clubs, Amusement Parks, Football Clubs(professional).
