Email addresses and contact details of HR decision makers

For a product that is designed for expats, internationally travelling business-people and cosmopolitans, the HR department of banks is a primary target as they do hire and transfer professionals internationally.

In order to reach out to them I need someone to provide me with useful email addresses and contact names etc. of HR departments, HR managers or C level HR people.

Targets have to be identified in the global banking hotspots which are: London, Zurich, Frankfurt, Paris, Istanbul, Singapore, Tokyo etc.

The list must be "fresh" and must consist of working email addresses along with details about the person/company/location/phone number etc.
